What We Offer
The INCspire Education Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, and works closely with the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce to offer three key program segments: our Mentor Network; a Business Education Series; and structured business training programs.
The INCspire Business Incubator Program is a catalyst for qualified, fast-growing businesses. We started by offering in-house space, mentorship and support to local startup companies, and since 2002 INCspire has assisted four dozen entrepreneurs who have gone on to create over 500 jobs in Virginia. These firms have generated $45 million in business value and have occupied more than 80,000 square feet of commercial office space in Northern Virginia.
In 2012 we expanded to offer our Virtual Incubator Program to meet the needs of startups where they currently operate. We will continue to offer in-person mentoring and consulting services from our Chamber membership; however incubated companies do not need to use our physical office space in order to participate in the program.
What kind of businesses do we work with?
INCspire offers education, mentoring, and training for entrepreneurs and business owners with high growth companies.
Does INCspire offer incubation?
INCspire offers virtual incubation rather than dedicated physical office space. This means that we offer physical meeting space (available by reservation only), and for businesses looking for dedicated space to grow your team, we make introductions to various partners who have large office spaces available.
How Can I Become Involved With INCspire?
There are multiple ways to get involved with INCspire. You can apply to receive mentorship from one of our experienced entrepreneurs; you can enroll in our Bob Ranson Education Series; you can apply to become a mentor; you can attend one of our ongoing education events, or you can explore ways to sponsor an INCspire program.
